Newborns actually sleep for 16 to 17 hours a day.




Make bedtime specialWhen children feel loved, they tend to relax. A predictable bedtime routine that includes cuddling up with you for a story and a chat is likely to calm your little one


Lights out: The healthiest way to sleep is in complete darkness.


Away Electric AppliancePlace alarm clocks, baby monitors, TVs, cellphones and other electrical devices no closer than three feet from where kid sleep.


Massage :- It helps baby to sleep better.Try to massage baby before bedtime.It helps baby physically,to stay relax, Less cry and sleep better.


No Talk:A loving look from you can take your baby from tired to wired faster than you can say, "uh oh.". Don't talk to baby when they are sleepy.This makes them disturb.
